Pathways is licensed and partially funded by the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services to provide a residential youth ranch for 60 pre-adolescent and adolescent boys. These clients are boys with behavioral difficulties who may otherwise be headed to incarceration or therapeutic lock-up. The program is designed to help the boys acquire the skills that are necessary for successful community living.
The atmosphere is safe, structured, and supervised by a highly-trained team of professionals. An individualized treatment program is designed for each boy. It promotes acceptance of authority, teaches responsibility for personal actions, and builds skill sets for success upon return to the community.
